    What can I say? Being a travel agent and having stayed at a fair few Hotels/Apartments, I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that felt so much like being at home. Everything from the appliances to the service you provide was just outstanding. I cannot recommend your property more to absolutely anybody. From singles, couples, and families it's just perfect. 
    Supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutique shops, dry cleaners, hair/nail salons all within a stones throw. 

    Thank you once again and I look forward to staying there again soon and recommending to my friends and clients.

  • You won't go wrong with a stay at the Caroline Serviced Apartments in Brighton. We stayed for over seven weeks. The location is marvelous; close to the train to the CBD (15 mins), steps to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Church St and only a short walk to the waterfront! But more important than that is the amazing staff. From the folks on the front desk to the housekeeping staff; they all ensured that our stay was wonderful. We have travelled all over the world and would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Melbourne area. (From travelpod.com)

    The rooms were beautiful (before all our kids’ stuff was tossed around) and Nickelodeon on the TV was a winner for the girls.

    We loved Brighton and how handy everything was. We jumped on trains to the city, ate out and trudged daily to the supermarket for essentials and scootered to the beach…

    Thanks again for spoiling us and making our ‘first home’ in Melbourne so enjoyable.

This was our first visit back to Melbourne after six years of living overseas and it certainly was a ‘home away from home’. We loved the location, close to all our friends, and also the ‘restaurant charge-back service’. We will be sure to return on our next stay in Melbourne!

  • My family and I recently stayed at the brand new Caroline Serviced Apartments while we were finishing off renovating our house. I must say what a great find! We loved the location as it is so close to our children’s school and some of our favourite restaurants were just around the corner.

    Our apartment was immaculate; it had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The lovely housekeepers always did a great job – I wished we could have taken them with us to clean up our house after the builders. In fact, all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Even though the apartments were quite full, they really helped us out by making it possible for us to stay a few extra days when our renovation was delayed.

    Overall, this was a fantastic place for the family to stay. We will certainly use it again when our relatives visit from interstate.
